There is no denying the fact that COVID 19 has created a number of challenges for companies searching leaders. vaccinated are willing to travel, but not all. Also, the major chunk of frequent
flyers have not been vaccinated yet, so they are a little apprehensive on
relocation. Thus, even the organisations are not compelling their people to
travel from one place to another to conduct business meetings, seminars etc.
Thus, both the interstate and international travel is limited to essential
workers who have no other option but to visit the office for the purpose of
work. Even the travel through cabs, or any other public mode of conveyence is
being seen with a dreaded eye by the executives. In such scenarios, the local
workforce can still visit the work location for jobs which can't be done from
the heck of the home.

certain local relationships which can be leveraged for the purpose of forging
